Formerly the Head of Strategy and Ser­vices at Service Busi­ness Incub­a­tion Unit of Hitachi Ltd and Dir­ector of the design con­sultancy Project Bureau cre­ating new products and ser­vices, for clients such as FIAT, Hitachi, Microsoft, Nissan and Skype.
